Databases: SQL 5 import error in SQL syntax - due to html formatting?

I'm getting the following error when I export from one sql database to another. The funny thing is that it only happens when I included courses that have content created using Moodle's WYSIWYG HTML editor and stored in the database, not as a file:

My thoughts are that the formatting in the html is affecting the syntax in the database file. Does anyone have any clues as to what formatting needs to be avoided to prevent this, and if this is a bug that should be reported?
