This is Praveena. I have installed moddle 1.6 , i have activated the Acitivity modules in admin panel but that was not reflecting in user panel. only Forum is displayed, whether i have to set any of the setting over there in admin panel.
Any one can help me by replying to my postings? waiting

I think what you are seeing is what's called the 'Activity block'. This block will give you quick access to all the activities that are present in the course. If you are looking at a course that only has forums, then the forum will be the only thing listed in the activity block. Add a quiz or something and whatever you add, the type will show up in the activity block.
