Does Moodle need to be certified by ADL SCORM labs?

As you see ILIAS did it.
Of course I think that moodle is the best choice within the open source LCMS but if we try to get it certified more people will trust and may be you will get more funds for developing new versions.

This is absolutely already planned for Moodle 1.7.
