Finally got moodle setup on lycos UK.
It turned out to be the original root directory settings you sent me. Why it took lycos three goes and all day to recognise them is beyond me, but never mind all set up for now.
One minor problem is cron which will have to come from my other site as lycos does not support cron job.
One small problem lycos UK don't allow php script file uploads is there away around this so that moodle knows that afile has been placed into the resources via ftp.
My other question is, is there a manual for setting up moodle. not the one that comes with the download, but one on how to set up nav menu, forum to resources etc.I suppose is a manual from a moodle users point of view.
