In my experimental mode, I created a small Question Set. I created a course and course activity for Interactive H5P, I could not add the Question Set file to the course activity.

I can search the content bank and find it, but I have no option to add the file to the course activity.

What am I doing incorrect?

Hi Shirley - it sounds like you may be trying to use the (old) third party h5p plugin, rather than the (newer) core H5p activity.

Do you get a screen similar to the attached screenshot - if yes, then click on the circled icon, this will take you to the file picker where you should see the content bank as one of the options.

Solved -
My permissions were as Daniel suggested.
My Package File area was as Dave suggested.
So, I deleted the H5P question set I created and started over. Somewhere was some setting that was causing me grief.
The new H5P Question set worked as expected.
What I did do differently, was create the individual Questions as a unique H5P Activity. I then copied and then pasted (I am very good at this task) each one of them into the question set.
