I am trying to connect AWS cognito with google and moodle lms( openid connect plugin)
i am getting this error:
Error in OpenID Connect.

I checked completely, the real problem is , when we try to use the following address
it returns http 404 error
https://testcog-sso-tc987654.auth.us-east-2.amazoncognito.com/.well-known/openid-configuration
Please help me to resolve this error
That's an AWS cognito URL, a third party service outside of Moodle. I would suggest referring to their support channels or documentation.

The problem is in the openid connect plugin in moodle, the issuer details are not able to be provided here.
I'm a little confused about the issue here. If you are trying to configure OpenID Connect using that URL, and the URL doesn't exist, you will need to find the correct URL from AWS Congnito to use instead.
If you have the correct details but you're getting some other error, I'd suggest referring to the Support section on the plugin's GitHub project: https://github.com/Microsoft/o365-moodle
