We recently upgraded our platform to Moodle Workplace 4.5.4+ (Build: 20250519) and have encountered an unexpected issue with one of our custom reports created using the Report Builder.
Before the upgrade, we had a report that displayed how many users had selected each option from a custom user profile field of type dropdown menu, using the "Count" action. This allowed us to clearly see the total number of users per selected option.
However, after the update, the report no longer shows the total per option. Instead, each option appears multiple times with the value "1", rather than aggregating the total number of users who selected it.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to restore the previous behaviour or an alternative solution to view the total count per selected option?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
