My Moodlecloud paid site went down on Friday as my credit card had expired. I added new card details on Friday but have since had no notification from Moodlecloud that the payment details had been updated, and the site is still not back up on Monday, 3 days later. I submitted a support ticket but this has a 2 day SLA so I might not hear back until Tuesday.
Does anyone know if the site restore process should be instant upon adding new card details? I would have expected it to be, but it would be good to know what others have experienced, and if I just need to be patient! Unfortunately there seems to be nobody I can call about this, the only contact with Moodle Team is via the online message widget.
