Is it possible to have to 2 Home (or Front) pages. We have our internal staff who can access/self-enrol into all of our courses, however we would like to be able to allow external people access to only one of our courses, and they would NOT be able to see any other courses. Is it possible to do this with 2 Home pages or is there another way to do it. We are on Moodle cloud so have limited ability to modify settings in the background.

Your Site Home (front page) is somewhat customisable, but creating different login pages for different users is not possible. However, you may want explore the options around grouping courses into Course Categories and having these available to specific groups of users (Cohorts) on the site. You may also be interested in exploring Custom Roles to create user roles (e.g. a 'Staff' role) which has a unique set of permissions (Roles and Permissions) suited to your specific business requirements.
