version 4.5.2 LMS moodle cloud
Hello when I first bulk uploaded my learners I used generic user names user1,user2, etc..... because I didn't think it would work but eventually it did. I decided I didn't like the generic user names so I deleted everyone and then I tried to readd the new users with their proper names. This worked fine but I don't think anyone received a new email with the new invitation/password. Is this normal?
Is there a way to reset my whole system? Who do I talk to about this?
