Hi all, I'm delivering a blended class (virtual instructor-led plus self-study) and want to have as a course requirement that students must complete a questionnaire.

However, we have about 30 students that completed their questionnaire manually (using google forms) before we launched our LMS. Because of this, we're trying to find a way to do the following:

  1.  Either bulk upload the responses/results of the student's questionnaires to our LMS, or allow a teacher to mark the questionnaires as completed for those which completed their surveys on Google Forms.
  2. For all other students, completion should be tracked by answering the questionnaire.

I dont know of a way to upload responses, but one possibility is to have the teachers use the course Activity Completion Report to mark students and 'complete' as a means to keep track of who still needs to complete the questionnaire. Then as other students complete the Moodle questionnaire (have the activity completion set to 'must submit a response') then it will auto track the rest of the students as they submit their responses.
