Hello!
Suddenly, the error e.course is not an Object started appearing in all courses in the Moodle application. (evaluating '"courseformatoptions"in e.course'). Please tell me possible reasons/methods to solve this problem.
Thanks in advance!

Hi Николай,

Could you check if you have lots of videos on those courses on Text and media area activities (the old labels)? If that is the case, our suggestion is that you change the videos from the Text and media area activities (the old labels), to use Pages or Books. We even recommend avoid embedding more than one video in the same page. See Creating mobile-friendly courses.

If those courses don't have videos, could you please provide additional information regarding the issue:
  • Moodle App
    • Is this issue specific to Android devices, iOS devices (iPhones and/or iPads), or both?
    • Is the error message being displayed to all users (students, teachers, and site administrators)?
    • Please enable the display of debug messages on the app by tapping on the three horizontal dots > App settings > General settings. Kindly let us know if the error message changes.
    • What is the version of the app? You can find this information by tapping on the three horizontal dots > App settings > About (located at the end of the screen).
    • Send us the information about your mobile device and Moodle site (there are no username and passwords, you can double-check if you want): tap on the three horizontal dots>App settings>About at the end of the screen tap on Moodle Mobile, tap on the copy icon next to 'Device info'.
  • Moodle LMS (browser)
    • What is the format of the course? As a teacher of the course or site administrator, please check the course settings and verify the format under Course format.
    • Was this course restored from a different site? If so, do you recall which plugins were installed on that site?

Kind regards,

Isabel
