What is the purpose of empty preset.scss file?

Hi,

I have noticed that in theme boost there is a scss file in theme/boost/scss/preset.scss which is empty. I have not seen any reference to this file anywhere. Is there any special purpose for this file?

I'm using Moodle LMS verison 4.3.3, Boost version 2023100900

Interesting Ahnaf.  I looked into this and the file seems to be redundant!  It was introduced in MDL-56078 and then around three weeks later, made redundant but not removed by MDL-56969.  As far as I can tell, it really isn't needed.
