I would like to know if there is currently the possibility of using a dark theme and that the user can change the theme from dark mode to normal mode with a button.

I officially launched the moodle-local_boost_dark repository and submitted it for approval on Moodle Tracker under reference CONTRIB-9761. This plugin is designed to provide a dark theme that integrates seamlessly with Boost and any other Bootstrap-based theme.
I tested it, and it works perfectly with the Boost Union theme.
