Hi all,
Upon testing the questionnaire activity, I noticed that it does not appear in the course index - the navigation menu on the left hand side. It appears only when in edit mode.
The activity is available, does not have any restrictions. Students can access the activity from the tiles view of the section. However, it is not listed in the course index (see pictures).
I would like the activity to be displayed in the course index. Does anyone know how to solve this? I have looked into the module settings, but could not find anything useful.
