Hi,
I have a Moodle for approval and production. Both were upgraded to version 4.4.1+ (20240802) and the Simple Certificate plugin version 2.2.10 (2020041238).
In the approval phase, everything worked! However, in production, Simple Certificate started to show an error when issuing certificates. The error is in the image attached to the post.
I tried several ways to fix it, including installing a newer version of the plugin, version 4.0.1 (2024051101), but it didn't work.
Is there any way to fix this error?
