I have an installation of moodle, ver 3.9.2.
I need to add the username info into the csv exported (both csv format) in Reports / Activity completition.
Is there a simple way to do that?

Hello Dario,
I think that you also need to upgrade your Moodle site to a (more) recent Moodle version, 3.9.2 being very old (nearly 4 years) and non supported anymore (latest 3.9.25 in december 2023).
