Which selenium for behat

Hello,

To setup behat locally I have, 

added the various lines in config.php
installed composer and behat from their respective sources (and that appears to be working fine)

But can anyone advise which selenium I need to download. Is it one from here and which one? https://www.selenium.dev/downloads/

Or perhaps I don't need it at all? I was looking at old instructions. Is it possible to use it with Mink and Chromedriver instead?
Just generally confused about the correct next step I think.
