Hello people iam trying to add plagescan turnitin onto MoodleCloud that iahve paid for full access but icontinue getting amesage " No plugins of this type are installed"
how can iget assited here??
Assuming you have paid for one of the "standard plans", you will not be able to install 3rd-party plugins, such as plagscan, onto your site (all such sites are running identical code, which simplifies the management of the sites and allows them to be offered at a cheaper price).
If you want to be able to add extra plugins, then you will need to contact a Moodle Partner to discuss a premium plan, which includes the option of adding plugins.
