So, is Moodle Cloud having another loading / slowness issue? The same thing happened weeks ago and was due to some sort of server issues.

Well, the issue seems to have returned. Trying to login and nothing happens. Spins and spins, and then returns to the login page with me having to retype in my password.

My users are starting to get a bit upset. Again.
