Thank you for clarifying the use case.
After a review by the Mobile Solutions team, it was determined that the issue could not be solved within the Moodle app. And it needs to be addressed on the Moodle LMS (browser) side. So, we opened an issue on the tracker (MDL-81502) so it can be further investigated. While there is a possibility that a resolution may be included in Moodle 4.5 (LMS version), we are unable to make any guarantees at this time.
