Hi Jon,

We have just upgraded to 4.1, and i was hoping the PHP update would sort this, but i'm still getting the same sesskey error when uploading various files
Have you had a PHP (or any other) upgrade on your server?

We didn’t do any updates since November 2023 until yesterday. We updated to the stack noted below today. We were previously on Moodle 3.9, PHP 7.4, MariaDB 10.4. Same OS.

OS
Debian GNU/Linux 10 (buster)
Kernel
Linux 4.19.0-23-amd64
Moodle
4.1.9+ (Build: 20240223)
PHP
8.1.27
DB
MariaDB 10.6

I can upload other file types into other areas, but glossary files spit up the sesskey error regardless of where i upload them to. I have even split larger glossaries into smaller parts and still I am receiving the same error

Could there have been any file permission changes on the moodle data folder?

There has not been any changes.

What's the disk storage on the server? Have you exceeded that?

95.29 GB used out of 157.44 GB

What's the post_max_size, upload_max_filesize and max_execution_time in your PHP settings?
post_max_size: 100M
upload_max_size: 100M
max_execution_time: 240
