We have a course with some SCORM activities. We need to track when users have completed these activities. We use the Activity Completion Report, download it in Excel-compatible mode, and then process the data accordingly.
We have some users who are just trainees, and some who are tutors *and* trainees. Until fairly recently, this worked well - the data downloaded for both categories of user. I believe we must have updated our moodle version, and this made it change. (We are currently on 3.10.10)
All the categories of user appear in the Activity Completion Report page - the tutors just disappear when we download the report.
The tutor users need to be able to view trainee results, and need to be able to add trainees. I guess I could ask them each to have a second trainee-only moodle account, but that feels like a faff. Is there something I can change in the role settings that will fix this?
