i have an issue with the execution of code via Moodle using the VPL plugin. I have a cloud-based Moodle installation and have implemented a server for VPL execution. However, when attempting to execute code through Moodle, I receive an error stating that the execution server is not accessible on the internet.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would greatly appreciate any guidance or troubleshooting steps you can provide

Dear Ashraf AbdelMalek Youssef,

I understand you're facing issues with the execution of code via Moodle using the VPL plugin. To assist you effectively, I recommend reviewing the network and troubleshooting requirements for the VPL jail system. Here are some key points to consider:

  1. Network Requirements: Ensure your cloud-based Moodle installation and the VPL execution server meet all network requirements. This includes proper configuration of firewalls, ports, and internet accessibility. For detailed information, please visit: VPL Jail System - Network Requirements.

  2. Troubleshooting: Common issues and their solutions are well-documented in the troubleshooting section. This can provide insights into resolving the error about the execution server's accessibility. For more details, please refer to: VPL Jail System - Troubleshooting.

If you've already followed these steps and the problem persists, please provide more specific details about the error message and your server setup.

Best regards,

Juan Carlos.
