We are having an issue across multiple moodle sites with STACK questions where the previous attempts are somehow deleted for a student resulting in them getting the question wrong. This seems to be confined to the 'checkbox type' question so far but its very fustrating and we haven't been able to find a solution for this.

Attempt 4
Based on the response history you can see attempt 3 has been deleted from it.
Attempt 5
Despite not making any changes to my answer in the question, all previous responses were deleted except for the first attempt resulting in STACK overriding my grade from 1 -> 0.5.
We have no idea why this is occuring.
Any help is appreciated on this matter!
