Hi Nitesh - I had the exact same problem where I was using the old H5p activity type (e.g. the 3rd party plugin), however if I switched to the newer core H5p activity, the above issue was resolved. It is a bit of a ballache if you have lots of such activity (as I do), but sadly that seems to be the solution.
