Hello, 

Has anyone on Moodle Cloud been able to add the Turnitin plugin? Does anyone know how we can add this feature to our Moodle Cloud?

As Marcus has said MoodleCloud does not allow the installation of plugins given the impact this has on the infrastructure. However HQ is currently working with TurnItIn to expand Moodles LTI implementation to allow an LTI based intergration with TurnItIn. This will be available some time next year depending on the speed of the development progress.
