Assignment

There is this plugin https://moodle.org/plugins/mod_pulse which does this and in theory could be really good. However, I have discovered with a few of the sites that I support, rarther than the email coming from either the no-reply account, or the name of the teacher, it actually looks like it comes from a random other person on the course (e.g. another student) - which is obviously not good.

the plugin creators are aware of the problem, but themselves cannot replicate it, so cannot fix it - so worth having a look at, but test it loads, to see if you get the same problem that I do. If you don't then great - if you do then stop using it for this.
