Hi there,

please find attached a document with a proposed workaround in order to allow displaying videos hosted by platforms such as wistia and bunny.net when the domain restriction security settings are enabled.

This has been discussed several times in this forum and we are going to try to find a generic solution (hopefully working out of the box), this is the related issue: https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-60264

Dear Juan.
We are studying the possibility of hosting videos for our courses in Wistia (instead of YouTube). I noticed that Wistia embedded videos are not visible in the Moodle app... I've seen two solutions (the one in this PDF, 2023) and those mentioned in the tracker issue (from 2017).
Which option is recommended?
We want to have a clear idea of what is possible before deciding to change to Wistia. For us the Moodle app is really important.
Thanks in advance for any feedback.
