Are you asking me? I have no idea. I do not think it is possible, unless you define the assignment in a very rigid way with no scope for creativity.
What I am doing is providing a platform, within Moodle, for students to create their HTML/CSS assignments and easily view the results in a web browser. The files are then on Moodle and can be graded, manually.
