Hi Sarah, sorry I haven't replied, been away for a while. Not sure I could help much, as all I did was to enthuse a couple of people, getting them to use Moodle and have them as go to people for everyone else. Easy in small environments though where people trust each other. More difficult in a larger workplace where they may not always even know each other apart from the "familiar face" level. Good luck.
