Moodle Version 4.2

I'm having trouble with restricting courses. I've set it up so that unless the learner has the right role code the course is restricted. This works, however the learners who should have access because they have the right role code are still showing as restricted.

Any ideas?

Hello Adam. I will move your post into the General help forum as I don't think it is related to course formats. However, could you explain more about "role code"? Is this some kind of plugin or add on? How are you using this?
