ERROR: "You are not eligible to take this questionnaire."

I need Guests to take a questionnaire.


But when guest click on the questionnaire, they get this message: "You are not eligible to take this questionnaire. Would you like to log in now with a full user account?" Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hello there. I am moving your post to the dedicated Questionnaire forum. However, to answer your question, I don't think guests can take questionnaires.
