(the Black icon identified as Interactive Content). And, if using the H5P plugin which version of the H5P plugin are you using?

Thanks for providing the requested info. However, as mentioned in my post, this is indeed a bug which will hopefully be fixed in the next release of the H5P plugin for Moodle.
