Many thanks for raising this issue. You are right about the pills background color being different on the activity page and on the course overview page. With the redesign of 4.0 activity cards, we'll be also tackling the activity individual page, as the information that appears in both activity cards and activity page should be consistent and have the same Ui so users can easily identify each element they saw in the activity cards.
