Similarity always no result use python

hello, i had check on documentation that python can see similarity report. On my site even 3 student had identical code but the similarity report still "No results". Kindly please advise.

note : use moodle version 3.10.7+ (Build: 20210924)

 vpl plugin version : 3.5.0+ (2022052312)

Can you provide more information? What is the problem assigned and what do the identical submissions contain?

we only test like print "hello word" then on the submissions contain "#test"
did i misunderstood it? actually I'm not sure about like how to use it or we need to do something before we can use it.
