I would like to use the same kind of repository as the "File system repository", but to access a file that is on another servor than my moodle. Does someone know if it is possible ?

There's (operating system dependent) ways to have a remote folder shared with your server, so that moodle would see it as if it was a local folder, then it can be shared as a File system repository. On windows it would be adding a shared drive, on linux it would be mounting a network share. You'd need admin access to the relevant servers.
