Buttons not displayed

I am currently subscribed to moodle's premium plan subscription.

When I open the application, the buttons I pressed are not displayed as shown in the attached image.
Does anyone know the cause or solution to this?
It would be helpful if you could contact me.

Hi Yoshikawa,

Please contact us through the Moodle Apps Portal (there is a Support tab) and send us as much information as possible (what do you see on browser, version of Moodle, version of the App, which device are you using and its Android or iOS version, ...)
