Slowness in MoodleCloud 4.0?

I use Moodle Cloud and recently copied over an older course from 3.x.  Links within that course to YouTube never take me there--I just get a spin. 

I searched for reasons why it might be slow and found that the Performance Report notes that I have an error that the "database schema is not aligned."

As I'm using Moodle Cloud, I lack the skills and ability to dig into the schema to align it.

By way of update, while I still have the same database error, I am working in Firefox.  I moved to Chrome with no problems. I then moved back to Firefox and cleared the cookies and cache and no longer have a problem accessing videos in YouTube through links.  That said, I still have the database schema error message and presumably need to resolve it.  Many thanks.

I'm part of the MoodleCloud team. I had a look, I think I found which site is yours but if the problem is ongoing, please open a support request from https://moodlecloud.com/app/en/portal/. Please provide a link to a page where there is a problem accessible a YouTube video.

While the database fields discrepancies could be potential issues, they are not the cause of this. In this case, the mismatch are minor and will be fixed in an upcoming upgrade.
