thanks for this helpful plugin and thanks for the contributions of all users about their experience with it. I have been using and I find some inconsistencies. That's why my first question is about the very basics of the logic behind this plugin.
It can be used either to release content based on particular circumstances or to send an email reminding the student that an activity needs to be completed. This is quite clear to me. But I am not sure about the meaning of a Reengagement activity that is marked as complete. Based on the scenario, my understanding was that it is marked as complete either
- when a student has been sent a reminder email (i.e. 2 weeks after course enrolment) or
- when specific content was released for a student
