"Calculate the end date from the number of sections" field

Can we update all of the registered records from moodle admin panel as a bulk process after saving with default settings?

I want to do this, because I can not update the end date due to this setting. And I couldn't find a way to update this from web api.
Or could I change from the dataset ? In which table and field is this setting saved?

Also looking for how to turn off this setting via API so i can set the end date manually when creating a class.
