Hi All, I cannot reach my site after the upgrade that happened last night. I'm in the EU region. Is anyone else having this issue? This is the second update in recent months that has left our moodlecloud down during working hours.

Thanks the site is tsplearn.moodlecloud.com we were up by about 12:00 however we're not sure why it took so long to come back online. We had a similar problem in April this year.
