While I appreciate your response. To be clear - it was more than more than 5 hours of being down and I stopped checking after that. The status page also indicated everything was up and running - which was not true. Finally - it took communications via these forums to learn it wasn't "just us". I am happy to hear the updates were to improve efficiency, reliability, and stability - but communications on the site or to the user base would have been helpful so that we in turn could have communicated this to our end users. This was NOT a brief interruption,
Again - thank you for posting - that was very appreciated.
