We had an issue with a student attempting to use their Google log in, instead of the password provided in their welcome email. He was able to log in this way, but was not enrolled in my course, so could not access anything. After a few days of frustration, I was finally able to delete his account out completely, and reregister him. He was able to log in, find the course, and access the information.
Fast forward two days. Now he is receiving an error that he is logged in on another device (he isn't), and cannot log in again. When he tries to reset his password, it tells him he can't, as he is logged in elsewhere.
Thoughts?
