Hi Susi - It looks like your student submitted a JPG file. I'm not sure this is supported by the document conversion tool [unoconv: https://docs.moodle.org/311/en/Universal_Office_Converter_(unoconv)]. Try downloading the original JPG submission (in the submission section on the right side). What about the other submissions - which file formats are they in? Does PDF generation work in those cases?
