has anyone managed to set up assessment/tracking for BTec-style criteria-based courses:
there are a list of criteria for a pass
a second list for a merit
a third for a distinction
student needs pass and merit to gain a merit
needs to achieve all three for a distinction
As far as I can see, all the Moodle tools revolve around numeric scores... which are not relevant to this style of assessment.
