Hi,
I have installed the local_o365 plugin and ran the user sync task. I am matching Azure usernames to moodle emails during the sync. Unfortunately, some accounts were updated after the sync and the email address changed. As a result, these Moodle accounts were matched to the wrong Microsoft 365 User.
How can I unsync these accounts and resync them now that the email address in the users Moodle profile has been corrected?
I can't see an option to do this. I am NOT using the Microsoft block so the individual user matching provided by the plugin is not useful in this case.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated as I currently have users unable to login because of this reason and I can't find a solution.
