The warning is being generated by \core\session\manager::keepalive() called in mod/scorm/player.php. Its purpose is to call "a JS session keepalive script which updates the session modification time every $frequency seconds and upon failure, the specified error message will be shown to the user." You may be having some network issues - traffic/ slow response etc.
