The profile page options can't be customized directly but "some" of these items are permission or setting bases. Forum posts discussions is an admin setting. Search for it and you can turn it off. Blogs notes and learning plans are a mix of settings or permissions. Some Reports can also be controlled with permission settings. Who are you wanting to hide these from? Authenticated users? If so search the authenticated user permissions for the terms there on the profile page to see which ones you can "toggle off".
