Hi Akshay, first of all, I think you need a Questionnaire; please have a look to Questionnaire Personality test page. You'll learn how to to attribute different "values" to the answers and to the feedback sections, in order to show different scores and feedback reports to students.

thank you for the suggestions, I tried both of them but the nearest workaround seems the H5P personality test. I get the answer in the form of "you are X". I had hoped that the answer comes in percentage such as "90% Type X, 50% Type Y and 20% Type Z". But that doesn't seem to work for me. Anyhow, i appreciate your inputs.
